2. Our Services
2.1. Nature of Service: My Hospital Indemnity helps consumers learn about hospital indemnity insurance and other supplemental health insurance products and connects them with licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue or guarantee any insurance policy, and we do not determine eligibility, premiums or benefits.
2.2. Supplemental Coverage: Hospital indemnity insurance pays fixed benefits for covered events. It is not major medical insurance and is not a substitute for it. Policy terms, limitations and exclusions are set by the insurance company that issues the policy.
2.3. Information Only: Information on this website is general and for educational purposes. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Speak with a licensed agent about your specific situation.
2.4. Availability: Products, carriers and plan options vary by state and are not available everywhere.
3. Personal Information and Consent

3.2. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to submit only your own information. You may not submit information on behalf of another person without their permission. We are not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated information.
4. Communications
4.1. Consent to Contact: If you give consent on our form, we and the licensed insurance agents working with us may contact you by phone call (including automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages), text message and email at the contact details you provided, about hospital indemnity and other supplemental health insurance products. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.2. Opting Out: You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including calling (800) 977-1817, emailing info@myhospitalindemnity.com, or replying STOP to a text message. We will honor your request within the time required by law.
